About Us

Autobody Dimensions is a complete state of the art collision repair facility that has been in business for over 16 years.  We originally opened in Gaithersburg in 1992.  Since then we have added a second location in Frederick in 1999, and a third location in Bethesda in 2004.

Autobody Dimensions takes pride in repairing our customers’ vehicles.  We provide friendly and courteous service to all of our customers.  We can arrange for a tow truck, rental car, ride to the metro, MARC Train, or simply a ride back home.  We also have night drop service available for your convenience.

All vehicles have computerized estimates done using CCC Pathways to accurately assess the damage on your vehicle.  All vehicles are properly restored to their pre-accident condition.  We contact your insurance company directly and handle all supplemental (additional repairs) payments directly with the insurance company.  We are a preferred repair shop for most insurance companies, making the process easier for repairs, payments and supplements.

Autobody Dimensions offers paintless dent repairs (hail damage and door dings), glass replacement, MD inspections, alignments, A/C repairs, tires, brakes, and for your convenience, an in-house and a mobile detailing company.

Dimensions Auto Center, the separate mechanical shop is located next door to our Gaithersburg shop, provides all types of mechanical repairs and can service your car on a regular basis.  All of our mechanics are I-CAR and ASE certified.

Sikkens quality paint is used on your vehicle, which carries a lifetime guarantee to the registered owner.  We use Spraybake down draft paint booths to ensure a quality finish and to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.  The paint finish is baked on to give your car a high gloss and a durable shine that matches factory finishes and with proper care, will last the lifetime of your car.

Once the repairs are finished, we use a detailing service to thoroughly clean your vehicle to remove any body shop dust.  Please ask about our specials on interior and exterior detailing.

We specialize in corvette repair and restoration.  Autobody Dimensions collaborates with Tony’s Corvette to meet all of your Corvette’s needs, which are handled in the Gaithersburg location.
