We are located in the Gaithersburg Airpark at 7559 Rickenbacker Drive. This is a complete state of the art collision repair facility, which totals about 20,000 square feet, including body shop, paint shop, and two newly remodeled offices. We also have a separate mechanical shop, Dimensions Auto Center, located next door at 7551 Rickenbacker Drive. We can handle all of your automotive needs at one company. At this location we have a twenty-seven bay body repair section, which uses the latest state of the art frame machines to repair your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition. Our body technicians are I-CAR and ASE certified. They have the proper training and education to properly care for your vehicle. We have nine Car-o-liner frame machines, complete with specifications on your vehicles precise computerized measurements to allow us to get your car back to the condition it was in prior to your collision. The vehicles are clamped directly to the frame machine for quick and accurate repairs. All repairs are then sent to our mechanical shop for a computerized front-end alignment to ensure the results. Upon completion of repairs, each customer is presented with a computerized print out and explanation of all repairs. Over the years, we have teamed up with Tony’s Corvette to repair and restore your Corvette. All of our Corvette technicians have GM certified training to handle your Corvette with the utmost care and professionalism. We also have a ten bay paint shop at this location. We use Sikkens Paint products, which carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner. We use a Spraybake down draft paint booth that serves two main purposes. First, to give your car a long lasting finish and, also to protect our environment. The paint finish is baked on to give your car a high gloss and durable shine that, with proper care, will last the lifetime of your car. Our paint technicians have all been certified and trained to use these products to ensure that our customers receive the best quality job. Our cars are de-trimmed before painting. This means that moldings, door handles, mirrors, emblems, etc. are removed before painting, not just taped off. This allows for a factory finish. |
